When you send us a message through a form on this website, we collect the name, business name, and email address or phone number you enter, along with the text of your message.

Delivery: the message is sent to our mailbox at info@madithelpdesk.com using SMTP2Go, a third-party email delivery service. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us. We reply from our own mailbox, which is hosted on Microsoft 365.

If delivery fails: the contents of your message are written to our website host's technical log so that your enquiry is not simply lost. That log is short-lived and is kept by the hosting provider for a limited period. It is not a permanent record and is not used for anything other than recovering a message that did not arrive.

Please do not send patient information: this form is not a secure channel for protected health information. Do not include patient names or any patient details in a message sent through this website. If you need to share that kind of information with us, call 256.469.0136 and we will arrange a secure method.

Retention: enquiries that reach us are kept in our business mailbox as part of our ordinary customer records.
